Okay so I was listening to the Disboards show from last week, and they were talking about favorite foods in each park.

I have to say that my favorite food is the Cinnamon French Toast at the Crystal Palace. It used to be served at Chef Mickey's. We used to always go to Chef Mickey's only for the French Toast. Then it was gone for awhile, and reappeared at the Crystal Palace. :thumbsup2

I absolutely love this French Toast!

It is soooooo yummy. Oh, and Tonga Toast really isn't the same.
I never hear anyone else talk about it so I thought I would mention it.

What are your favorite foods?

What do you hate hate hate?

We all know Kevin cannot stand Dole Whips, how about you?

I have to say my favorite is having lunch at Casey's...hot dog and fries. In all the years I've been going to WDW, I've never passed it up. And for the sweet tooth in me, I love the Mickey Ice Cream Bars. I can't really say that there is one thing I don't like....well, maybe the turkey legs...I've never had one, but they just don't look good to me.

Oh, almost forgot....I love Dole Whips!!! (thanks Bob)

The combo platter at Tangerine Cafe is my favorite CS meal.
Anything from Jiko is my favorite sit-down.
I love the sushi and tiramisu carry-out from Wolfgang Puck Express.
Favorite drink is Grand Marnier Slush from France.

And I love Dole Whip floats! :cool1:

I love the popcorn in the parks. I know it's Orval Redinbocker (sp), but it tastes much better in one of the parks. :lmao:

I also love the strawberry soup at 1900 Park Fare. It's very refreshing and something different. They serve it at breakfast and dinner.

Over at the Writer's Stop in Hollywood Studios, they have a carrot cake, cream filled cookie that is very good. And over at Starring Rolls they have a great black forest ham sandwich which is very large and delicious.

I'm not a fan of the turkey legs. I've tried them twice in my life and didn't care for them.

Dole Whips are a sentimental favorite for me for many reasons. I'll always enjoy them more for sentiment than for taste.

I love the pretzel pastries in Norway at Epcot. The ones made with apple and choc drizzle. I also love the canyon skillet at Whispering Canyon Cafe and the No Way Jose at Beaches and Creme.

I do not like dole whips or the giant turkey legs.

My first prize goes to cinnamon rolls at the Main Street Bakery. Honestly, I sometimes TASTE them just thinking about them. :worship:

For my DD who is gluten free, the GF Brownies at the resort shops are her ultimate treat. :thumbsup2

I forgot to mention the gigantic ice cream cookie sandwich at the Main St. Bakery.

I love the Mickey rice crispy treats with the ears dipped in chocolate. Yum!

Let's see....

1. Key Lime Tart at Olivia's in OKW...Soooooooooo good. :lovestruc

2 Grapefruit cake at Brown Derby ... I could SO go for a piece of that now. :cloud9:

3. Roast beef with fresh mozzerella and tomatoes at Earl of Sandwich.
My most favorite sandwhich ever. :goodvibes

4. A Casey's hotdog on a WHITE bun. :headache:

5. The grilled cheese sandwhich at Captain Hook's in the Poly.
(Never thought I'd happily fork over $8 for a grilled cheese sandwhich!)

My favorite food at Disney, I'll never forget, is the almond crusted cheesecake at Narcoosee's. I absolutely loved their cheescake and didn't want to eat it because the presentation was beautiful. Needles to say I got over it, took a picture of the dessert and dug right in.

I love all of Disney's cheesecake come to think of it. If it's on the dessert list, I'm getting it. Disney has not let me down.

I can tell you that DBF loves the cheddar cheese soup from Le Cellier. He only had it at F&W last year and we plan on trying to get an ADR for our trip in October::fingers crossed::

Snack- ice cream sandwich at POFQ. It's GIGANTIC, and has ice cream between to warm fresh cookies. I love it so much.

TS Entree- I know people say it's overrated, but the Le Celier mushroom filet is my favorite steak.

TS dessert- gelato at Tutto Italia or ice cream at Beaches and Cream. I strongly recommend the No Way Jose if you're 1-2 people, but if you have a BIG group, the kitchen sink! We tried the kitchen sink for the first time in January. Yummo!

1. Tonga Toast -- even better because I can't get anything like it at home
2. Pretzel Pastry in Norway -- someone else mentioned this, and I have to agree they are yummy!
3. Cobb Salad at Brown Derby
4. Frozen Bananas from Tomorrowland
5. Cherry Kaki Gori (shaved ice) in Japan Pavillion

I have SO many favorite WDW foods, but my all time favorite has to be the frozen chai tea from the Anandapur Tea stand. It is right down the walkway from Expedition Everest and INCREDIBLE! I actually had two of these babies in one day last November. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 I so cannot wait to get back down there for another!

I love the Jalapeno and Cream Cheese Pretzels :cloud9:

The cheeseburgers at Beaches n Cream..come to think of it I really enjoy the cheeseburgers at all qs places

The dumplings at Ohana

but by far my favorite are the sugar cookies they serve in the concierge lounge :cloud9::cloud9::cloud9:

Truthfully, I have a TON of favorite foods in WDW... some of which being, The Honey Lime Grilled Chicken Sandwich at the Contempo Cafe , but it has to come with the home made potato chips minus the old bay seasoning of course! Another huge favorite of mine has to be the Dole Whip, as well as the Tiramisu & the Chocolate Mousse Cake from the Boardwalk Cafe :worship:!! So Good!
Now the things that I truly cannot even stomach are the Turkey Legs... it is something about them... maybe the scent, and the fact that it makes people look like cavemen as they eat! I cannot even see them! The other is a topic which has been beaten like a dead horse on these boards... but I will still throw it out there... the Nescafe Coffee! Disgusting!

The Chinese spare ribs at Yak & Yeti are *amazing*. (Their Lo Mien is surprisingly good, too... LUV that restaurant !)

The "sticky" Cantonese lobster at bluezoo in The Dolphin

The French Onion soup at Chefs de France in Epcot

The corn dog nuggets at Casey's in the MK (although, that's probably more about nostalgia than the actual food)

The Cobb salad at The Brown Derby in DHS (sometimes *great*, other times not so much...)

And... The burgers and chicken soup at The Fountain in The Dolphin !

Warm pretzel bread at Le Cellier

Ginger chocolate cake at Tokyo Dining

Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich at Olivias in OKW.
