I am boring and always buy one of those porcelain Christmas ornaments. My favorite souvenir is a signed David Doss print of classic Mickey and Minnie dolls sitting with a packed suitcase. It's in a hallway between our bedroom and bathroom and always makes me think of Disney. We bought it at the Art of Disney store in Epcot on a day that Mr. Doss was greeting there.
That print sounds wonderful! I just tried to google it to see what it looks like, but had no luck. Might have to look and see if they have the print still available when we go next month!
The Japanese pavilion has done well by us over the years. I've bought several yukata, a couple of folding fans ( and yes, I actually use them when its hot!), sake cups and bottle, chopsticks, rice bowls, tabi socks, and DH always gets a few bags of wasabi peas ( we can't get them here).
My favorite souvenirs though are my classic Mickey Mouse watch that I wear every day, and my Hidden Minnie pendant. Its made with Swarofski crystals and looks like a hollow heart shape. But when you look closely, the empty center is in the shape of Minnie's head.
Love the idea of the pendant! How long ago did you get it!? Would love to see a pic if you have one!!
