I've just finished reading the Top 5 and bottom 5 threads and can't help but notice that most of the favorites are either in Epcot or in the resorts.

I've got a whole day at MK planned and was hoping to use a TS credit while we are there. More info...4 adults (dh, dmil, dfil, myself) and 2 children (4 and 8, boys).

So what's your favorite TS in Magic Kingdom?

Or...now that I'm rethinking...maybe I should choose a TS at a nearby resort and have that be our midday break...hmmmm

We love the breakfast at Crystal Palace!!!:)

Thanks, I dind't think of that one because we already have 2 character meals in the plan and weren't sure we wanted quite that much noise/chaos/fun for a third time. Having said that, the menu looks really good. Do you prefer that one over Chef Mickey's?

Generally food in MK is horrible. But we do like dinner at LTT. Like turkey day with fun characters not crazy family.

Breakfast at the Crystal Palace or lunch/dinner at The Plaza Restaurant

We've been to Tony's 3xs for dinner. Big portions...DH and I each ordered a salad and shared the spaghetti & meatball entree.
Also LTT for lunch.

Crystal Palace is delicious for breakfast! It is a must do for us. (On the last trip, we made an ADR for 8:10am when the park opened at 9am. I got great pictures of the family on Main Street with hardly any people in them!) We don't generally travel with little kids, and we still like it. I don't think the atmosphere is as crazy as Chef Mickey's. They do a little parade with the characters, but you can still have conversations at the table, etc.

I also try to visit the Plaza on every trip.

crystal palace here for breakfast as well. We also like the plaza for lunch. I know people on the DDP don't feel like you get a lot of bang for your buck but it really is good food and offers a nice break from the parks while in the parks.

Absolutely love Crystal Palace :lovestruc Its a must do on every trip! Another option is taking the monorail over to Kona. :wizard:

We're eating at LTT & Tony's this time - as we almost always do!! I like the atmosphere at both and I've always liked the food too.

We think The Plaza has the best food, but with the kids you might want Crystal Palace. If it would be between Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey, I'd choose Chef Mickey.

Liberty Tree Tavern was not a favorite, we thought the meat was dry and the whole meal pretty much not memorable. But many people love it.

We've not tried Tony's.

you can make an ADR before the park opens?

We like LTT for lunch and CP for dinner (though my DS10 does not like the characters, the rest of us ignore him because we like the food there!).

Thanks for all the great suggestions! We do have LTT planned for dinner before the MVMCP, so I'm glad to hear most liked it. After posting yesterday I started looking at the menu's for monorail resorts and it looks like Kona would be really great for dinner. I'll keep Crystal Palace on the list too though, since so many of you love it
Thanks again!:thumbsup2
