We just got back and ate at CRT for breakfast and Tony's for dinner. We liked both. The night we ate at Tony's was the Spectro parade. We finished our dinner and then got our seats for the parade right outside the restaurant.
My advice would be to hop on the resort monorail and eat at one of the monorail resorts. Save for CRT, all of our MK days we have table service meals scheduled for outside of the park. Ohana's for breakfast, 1900 Park Faire for breakfast AND dinner (on different days! ) and Chef Mickey's. There's also Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, which is just a boat ride away.
I used to love Liberty Tree Tavern, but I don't think we'll go again until my DS is older because the characters are gone. The Crystal Palace is really good for breakfast and the characters are outstanding at it, not sure about other meal times.
If you want really good value, I would check out the Grand Floridian Cafe. You can go pretty much any time and get seated immediately.
Favorite here is CP - thought CRT is overrated (as far as food goes). If you have time, I recommend 1900 Park Fair at the GF. Breakfast is with Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger, Alice and the food is excellent. Dinner is with Cinderella and company (stepsisters, prince charming). I prefer the food here to table service in the park.
