It will just be 2 adults traveling for this trip, my mother and I. My mother loves breakfast food, so I would like to plan for one each day... we will be there for 4 breakfasts:) Any favorites?

Where are you staying?? Will you have a car? We really love Kouzzina on the boardwalk .. Very yummy. The Wave at the Contemporary is also pretty good..

If near the boardwalk area, "Fresh" in the Dolphin resort has a really great breakfast as well..
In terms of character breakfasts, we have only been to Chef Mickeys, and were not that impressed. :sad2:

Edited to add: I noticed on your signature you are staying at SSR?
If so, Earl of Sandwich , and Wolfgang Puck also do breakfast, but it is more quick, not really TS I believe...

My favorite is Cape May Cafe (Beach Club). Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, pastries, grits, fruits, eggs/omelets, breakfast meats, home fries, biscuits with Sausage Gravy (my favorite!) & more ...all great for a nice big breakfast!

Haven't been to Boma (AKL) yet, but we have ADR's to go in about a week because i hear its great!

Crystal Palace...it's a character buffet, but one of the yummiest breakfasts at WDW...in our opinion.

Kona Cafe...Tonga toast. 'Nuff said. :thumbsup2

Boma and Kona Cafe are our favs and Crystal Palace for something in the MK.

We love breakfast too! Our favorites are Kona in the Poly, Boma in AKL and Tusker House in AK, although this last one is a character meal not sure if she would like that.

Capt's Galley at YC. They have an incredible buffet or you can order off the menu. Breakfast is always good there.

We love Kona at the Polynesian.

For adults only we also like the buffet at Captains Grille at the Yacht Club. But the menu also has some atypical breakfast foods, so you might want to check the offerings first.

If you don't mind a character meal, our favorite breakfast was Cape May. Pastries, fruit, smoked salmon, eggs, potatoes, even asparagus! Yummy and low key for a character meal.

Great suggestions!!! I am wondering how difficult it will be to get to some of the resorts, like for Boma or cape may? This will be my first trip without a car, so we will rely on buses the entire time. We are staying at CSR... I have also never stayed there so not sure what to expect as far as getting around.

Just updated my sig. We just got back from SSR, this time we will be at CSR with no car.. another new challenge for me. Those sound like fantastic choices.... surprised chef mickey's wasn't good, I was considering that one.
