Las Vegas Favorite steakhouse on the strip?

Looking for recommendations for your favorite steakhouse on the strip. Price isn't a concern, but we don't want it to feel too formal or fancy. We'll be wearing jeans (men in polos).

On a related note, Prime at Bellagio caught my eye but I am under the assumption we will feel underdressed if we wear nice jeans? Any experiences?
