Favorite souveneir for under 10 bucks?

I love magnets and mugs. I buy several magnets each trip and a least one mug. And of course I always get a few antenna toppers.

DD collects pins. We have never gotten into pintrading, she likes her pins too much, she's not willing to let go of any of them.

I have given each of my kids $5 worth of quarters with pennies and they love to hunt down the pressed penny machines. Each time we go they add to their collections.

We also have magnets from each park. My favorite is the Epcot one that has Mickey head cutouts that spin around backed by flags from the WS countries.

We have a Disney Christmas tree, so we pick out a ornament. Also, pressed pennies!

Here's another vote for the pins. I also buy a souvenir mug every time I go to Disney. One of my fav souvenirs was the mickey head ice tray. Nothing like putting mickey ice in my drinks!

There a lot of things, that I can think of that you can get for $10 or under. Pins, Key Chains, small photo ablums, autograph book, pens, popcorn bukets, Christmas Ornaments, Resort & Park Mugs, Magic Towels, earrings( I found some Tinkerbell ones for my mom, that were like $5), Mickey Mouse Ears, etc.

Those are some of the things, that I like to buy( and what I can think of right now).

Just wondering---with all of the pricey souveneirs out there, what is your favorite one for less than 10 bucks? We set pretty strict budgets to afford vacations, so that leaves very little souveneir moola. Our favorite cheapies include the mouse ears hats, the antenna topper, and a princess wallet for my DD. What are yours?

BTW, :confused3 what is the correct spelling of souvienir/souveneir anyone???

Toss up between an Antenna Topper and the Wind up Toys. (I think I finally have them all!)

I just skimmed this post and I saw at least one other person mention charms. My grandma bought me and my sis silver charm bracelets and charms when we went to Disney in 1982. Over the years we have continued to collect charms wherever we go. We now have bracelets that are overflowing with charms. We still wear them and people love looking at them. This is a great souvenir for your little girls that may provide great memories for many years.

I also like to get Christmas ornaments. Every year we get reminded of our trips as we decorate.

Silver earrings from Mexico. They don't scream Disney to everyone but they do to me!

On our last DLR trip, DW made a collection of all the fastpasses availible in the park. We even postponed leaving for about 2 hours to get one from Splash Mountian. (She is also big into the pressed penny thing, and collected all 50 of the aniversary pennies.)

Last year, we went crazy!! Bought waayyy too much stuff.
-ornaments since our xmas tree is all about Disney! (varies in prices but lots under $10)
-beach towels...love those as we use them all the time and it's a constant reminder. We bought ours at the outlet store...a bit cheaper! (ours was $10)
-magnet frame... this would be my all time favorite since it's a constant reminder at a cheap price (i think it was $7)
-little mickey book where I wrote all the details about our trip. ($5)
-t-shirts (at the outlet of course...) -$10-12 each

This year, I want a antenna topper, license plate frames for both our cars, ornaments and possibly another towel.

We use our antenna toppers a lot. My dd's love their Mickey head hair scrunchies we got at a shop on Main Street, USA. Ds wears his sunglasses a lot (He really loves his Star Wars Jedi hat, but it was not under $10 though)

For DH & DW - we get a magnet and a coffee mug.

For our kids- they go to a shop in DTD, near the Christmas Shop.
Mickey's Mart: Everything $10 and Under

My DD bought a $10 grab bag. She had a Mickey cup, stickers, pencil, braclet and a pin lanyard. Nice bargin for $10.

I always get a Mickey bean bag animal about 9 dollars which goes into our disney themed room! They always have new ones every year so there is always a new one to buy. EPCOT has ones from around the world including my favorites Irish Minnie (Me) and Chinese Mickey (DFi).

Also another vote for pins! :cool1:

We do the same thing with FP. If we're done with FP rides for the day, we'll each pick an attraction and get an FP. DW puts them into the scrapbooks she makes.

where are the outlets. We are driving so maybe we will go there for some souvenirs. I really want to buy a nice Disney Photo Album as well as a frame and some T shirts and sweatshirts. DD also wants Mickey Birthstone earings. We might also get the Potato head and My little pony from DTD for DS and DD but that's $20 I think.

Definitely my Passport fro Epcot. I got it signed by all of the CM's who served me when I drank around the world. My wife got all of the stamps for it. It is reallu unique since everyone worte something in their native language (probably something like "stupid drunk guy") lol.
