Hi everyone,
Just wondering about everyone's fave snacks from World Showcase.....I have never done anything except walk around world showcase, never sampled any of the foods and I was just wondering what everyone's must have or fave snacks are from all of the different countries....
Mexico
Norway
Italy
The American Adventure
Japan
Morocco
France
Canada

Would love some input, I am wanting to sample a little something from each country.
Thanks Kristy

I like the pretzels from Germany. My bf said he didn't like it b/c he thought it had a "beer taste" to it :confused3 I thought it was good!

Hi Disneygirl..the best way to sample a little something from every country in the World Showcase it to definetly plan a trip during the "Food and Wine Fest" which runs this year from September 30th thru November 13th. We have gone 2 times now and might go this fall too ! it is amazing to walk around sample food, wines & beers from around the world! Prices for food samples run anywhere from $1-$4.50 and there is even samples from other countries such as Australia, Poland, Ireland, Africa..I highly recommend going if you can ! otherwise a must have is Canada's La Cellier's famous cheddar cheese soup, also Fish & Chips at the Rose & Crown Pub in the United Kingdom
Enjoy!

Hi Disneygirl1977k!
I am going back in a week and can't wait! hehe so I will gladly share my past faves as it gets me thinking about next week!

Mexico - For a snack, I would say churros & one of the multi-flavored margaritas.
Norway - I always get the name wrong but I believe it was called the Veiled Maiden, apple sauce and whipped cream. The bakery has soo much here.
Italy - I liked the wine tasting that comes paired with chocolate in the wine shop.
The American Adventure - Red, white & blue Sprite is cool, aka the Stars & stripes.
Japan - Kaki Gori! Shaved ice with sweet syrup, I like rainbow variety.
Morocco - The Shwarma sandwiches, and baklava!
France - I like the crepes, but the bakery here is amazing too
Canada - I usually get this at Le Cellier but have heard you can get it at a cart no, the Cheese soup & Breadsticks.

Hope you get more great suggestions and have a magical trip! :3dglasses

Norway - rice creme
Germany - apple strudel w/vanilla sauce
America - funnel cake
France - creme brulee
Japan - Kaki gori

The cinnamon and sugar fried wontons in China. They are soooo yummy and you get a huge bag full for like $3.00. Very worthwhile :flower:
