Our favorite is Marko from Italy...in Palo...he is outstanding.

We just got back from our first cruise (9/13 Western), and want to say we loved our servers- Sunny from the Philipines and Johnny from England. They were great with the kids as well as the adults, and made sure everything was excellent. We're planning another cruise next year and our 5 yo already asked if we can have them as our servers again.

I would like to nominate our servers from the 9/20-27 Magic cruise as the most EXCELLENT: (drumroll here....)

Jean from Macedonia(waiter), and Marcel from Romania(assistant)

We were just talking today about how they were the most fun servers we've ever had on a cruise and especially attentive. One night I must have looked a bit suspiciously at the appetizer I had ordered, and in a flash, Jean presented another appetizer he had wisely brought along in case I didn't like what I had gotten, something he knew I would enjoy. I actually tried and liked both, but I was amazed how closely he watched to see if we were enjoying what we had ordered. He also humored my love of languages, he speaks at least eight! Jean is one incredible person.

Marcel was just the sweetest, and as one of my tablemates pointed out, he had impeccable timing. They made such a good working pair, but Marcel well deserves a promotion to waiter too.

Marcel was also our table magician and Jean was our table puzzlemaster. We were at a table full of adults, and we enjoyed the little puzzles he presented for us to solve, which added to the fun and comraderie we all shared.

I'm sure DCL would hope that everybody nominates their waitstaff as the best, but we feel we truly had the most excellent with having the "Dynamic Duo" (as I refer to them) of Jean and Marcel attend to our table!

my favorite is andrew from south africa,he was in palo, but now promoted, also danny is back from indonesia, his little girl is 17 months old, some other favorites are gemma, sunny, ocke, zoran, zoltan, hemant, on the wonder daniel was fantastic but now gone, will be going on cruise #14 oct 18th cant wait,
