Hello,

What are your favorite restaurants near WDW that have certificates available on restaurant.com? What are some must trys?

Thanks,
V

My favourite is Giraffe Cafe at Royal Plaza hotel on Hotel Plaza blvd, within walking distance to DTD. It was quite, relaxing, and with the restaurant .com certificate, fine. We've been twice. The Kook sports bar at Buena Vista palace, across the road from DTD was ok, but I found the hotel was too difficult to get around and got lost twice going to the restaurant and leaving. We have also eaten at the Hilton , across the street from DTD. The food was fine, but I didn't think the value was too good.

I's also like some recommendations for families. has anyone tried the House of Blues? The brunch looked great but rather $$$. Thanks!

We lied the house of blues. Did dinner not brunch though.

We like the House of Blues (great ribs) and like the Garden Grove when it used to be on restaurant.com. I haven't seen Garden Grove on there for a long time.

We liked Garden Grove a lot better when it was on Restaurant.com too! We've gotten the HOB one a few times too, but now I think they've only had the $50 one and you need to spend $100, and we just don't usually get that high of bill so we haven't been getting it. We also have a few unused certificates for places others have mentioned....

House of blues is good. We have one in Boston too.
The Garden grove used to be very good but we have not been there in a year.

I don't know if it is on restaurant.com but First Watch in Doctor Phillips is really good and so is the Columbia in celebration.

We always use Restaurant.com certificates on our trips now. Our absolute favorite is BB Kings. Historically, you have been able to use the voucher here for anything including clothing and alcohol! We also like Giordanos & HoB (really pretty good & I think we were able to use our on alcohol here too :drinking1 ) This time I also purchased vouchers for Amici's and Avu Avu as well. Amici's seems to get really good reviews while the reviews for Avu Avu have been mixed (but I think part of their problem is that some people just don't understand the concept of a restaurant like that.)
