I love Kona! It is a must do for us each trip. I recommend to crab cakes, pan-asain noodles with shrimp, macadania mahi-mahi, and the macadamia torte for dessert.
Those are two very different questions - and not to be mean, but your second sentence is also a question. (not an exclamation)
I think it depends on where I was staying, how much money I wanted to spend.
I'd love to check out Bluezoo, as I've nver been there and it's not part of the Disney plan (but some would say this is technically not WDW).
If I was staying near Epcot, as I have numerous times - I'd pick something over there most likely. Again, it matters how much I was willing to spend. One of our favorite Epcot dinners is the QS outside Japan combined with food from the QS in Morocco and dessert in France or Norway or both - and maybe something from Germany too. I honestly enjoy that more than the TS in Japan. At the upper end, Flying Fish is very nice.
At AKL I really like Boma, but not everyone else on the DIS does. Some have downright hated it. At other resorts, I'd be more inclined to pick something at my own resort, or near my own resort.
