Favorite quick service in Epcot?

My husband and I are going to WDW for my birthday in November. We're arriving on a Friday night and wanted to do just a quick service meal that night at Epcot so we could see Illuminations. Where do you all suggest getting a meal?

Sunshine Seasons at the Land has great variety and quality

Yorkshire Fish Shop has great Fish and Chips

Tangerine Cafe has great food that is interesting

My family loves Sunshine Seasons as we all have different likes and this restaurant meets all our needs. Food is delicious and fresh. Desserts are alos very yummy

I think you should probably narrow down to whether you want to eat in World Showcase or Future World. Sure you can walk between the two, but if you are walking over from a Boardwalk area hotel and entering through the International Gateway you may want to just enjoy a stroll around WS and get a CS meal while waiting for show.

If you're trying to position yourself for Illuminations, try the Rose and Crown Pub. If you want a staggering selection, Sunshine Seasons rules the roost.

I like Sunshine Seasons in the Land and The Cantina in Mexico

Tangerine Cafe. I would have never tried it this trip if not for suggestions to do so on this board and it was well worth it!
