If you are talking QS desserts only, as I read the question to be, not snacks this is what I like.
MK Columbia Harbor House, the seasonal fruit cobbler has been tasty.
Mk, BOG, any of the desserts

HS Starring Rolls, the butterfinger cupcake
HS, Pizza Planet (now closed), the cappuccino cupcake

EP Sunshine Seasons, any of the desserts, especially the strawberry shortcake
EP Norway, school bread

AK Flametree, I know I am in the minority, but I like the key lime in the cup

I am not big on the traditional chocolate or carrot cake they have at many places.

Many of the QS in DHS offer the "seasonal cupcake" for the desert and those are usually really good
QS in Mexico has yummy churros with caramel sauce

"Duo au Chocolat" at Les Halles, Epcot. Chocolate heaven. Loved it so much, 4 days after I ate it, when I met Anna & Elsa and they brought up the topic of chocolate, I told them all about it.

Frankly, whatever your dessert preferences are, I don't think you can go wrong at Les Halles.

Creme Brulee at the bakery in France is fantastic.
The gelato at AoA is tasty.
I also like the chocolate covered pineapple skewers at the Main Street Confectionary and the chocolate covered marshmallow sticks (rolled in mini M&Ms) at Goofy's Candy in Disney Springs.

And can I count the fruit and nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow in MK as a dessert? Because that thing is awesome.

My favorite is the Master's Cupcake at Be our Guest! I also love the cheesecake at Wolfgang Puck Express!
