Favorite Quick Service at AK? Any to avoid?

What are your favorite Quick Service places at Animal Kingdom? Any places that are just awful? It's only my mom and me. We prefer sandwiches and salads over burgers and pizza. Hate feeling gross after eating. Nomad lounge and the Smiling Crocodile look promising. Any experiences?

LOVE Flame Tree Barbeque!! Yum. and the views from their seating areas can't be beat.

Just visited Nomad Lounge the other day, great service, drinks and awesome ribs!

Enjoy the bread service at Nomad Lounge which was not on the menu when I was there, but was available. They also have some fun drink options even non-alcoholic versions. The two with indoor seating and air-conditioning unfortunately serve the food you aren't interested in. We also like Flame Tree, Yak and Yeti local food cafe, and the Kusafari bakery. I think the interior of Restaurantasorus is kind of fun with an interesting back story, but they serve burgers. There is a nice toppings bar and refillable sodas in there though.

Flame Tree hands down. We go there every time we're at AK. We go and sit along the lake with a view of EE.

I like Harambe Market, Flame Tree BBQ, and Restaurantasaurus (which has a nice toppings bar and free drink refills).

Flametree. But, Yak & Yeti is really good. We do both usually in a trip. I've heard good things about Harambe Market but it doesn't wow me. We are also going to try Restaurantosaurus this trip.

We had a bad experience at Harambe Marketplace and would not recommend. I would say Flametree's BBQ salad or appetizers at one of the lounges.

Flame Tree BBQ. Yum, yum, yummy!!! Everything I have ever had there is delicious. They no longer have my favorite salad but the new one they sounds really good. Make sure you walk past the restaurant to the seating area down by the water. It is a lovely, relaxing spot to eat.

Just remember-one person's favorite is another person's "awful, avoid at all costs." My favorite is Pizzafari-I'll bet that's someone's to be avoided.

I love flame tree but we usually end up at restrauntosaurus. Not for the food as it is mostly burgers (there is a grilled chicken sandwich and salad tho) but can always find a seat in AIR CONDITION. Depending on the time of year may want to consider. As much as I love flame tree eating outside in the heat is miserable for my family.

We love the ribs at Harambe Market. We used to eat at Yak and Yeti, but they got rid of the lo mein.

We eat at Flame Tree every trip. Absolutely our favorite QS in all the parks. DW and I find that we split the chicken/rib combo meal perfectly. We are generally not light eaters and that's enough food for both of us. One of few QS that take TIW.
