We have a Tusker House breakfast reservation before the park opens. Just finding out that I'm pregnant I know that I am going to need to eat lunch somewhere as we don't have dinner until after 8 this night. None of the CS seem to be jumping out of me, and the thought of sitting somewhere where birds are "dropping bombs" kind of turns me off. I also would like some AC in the middle of the day. What choices does that leave me with? Is it just Yak & Yeti and Tusker House again? Is Tusker's lunch really similar to Boma? As we are doing Boma a few days prior. Also, I'm not sure about Yak & Yeti. Any suggestions? Thanks

Pizzafari is inside and air conditioned.

There is the RainForest Cafe too.

Yeah, you can't go wrong with Pizzafari if you're looking for AC. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch and the food is pretty good too!

Good selections great combo platters and the table seating back in the woods along the "lake" with a view of Exp Everest across the way!
Around noon, a boat with the Safari Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto came around right up to our "dock" of tables where we were eating.
Wonderful lunch break in the shade and quiet!

I agree with Pizzafari! If you want to sit down and take a long lunch then Rainforest is always a fun time. It is loud and crazy but they offer a large menu with a fun little gift shop.

I do not like WDW pizza and as a rule do not eat it. I love Flame tree....never tried Yak and Yeti though.

Another vote for Flame Tree Barbecue. Don't do any pizza at Disney World...it all tastes like cardboard to us (we have some of hte best pizza places here at home)

same here. the pizza is generally not good, although I am trying Wolfgang Pucks next week

We liked Flame Tree on our last trip, though all the seating's outside. It's shaded, though, with fans, so it wasn't too hot. Rainforest Cafe is just *ok*. We're trying Yak and Yeti on our upcoming trip, so I'll let you know then. ;)

We love the Yak & Yeti. Ended up eating there twice our last trip. Out of our group of 7, two people said it was their favorite restaurant of the entire trip (and we had meals at ALL the popular table service places). We already have reservations for our next trip in October. Here's the menu:

Flame Tree. Ducks were about, but no bombs were dropped. Food was great for CS--best CS in AK and maybe in all the parks. We sit in the pavillion closest to the water. In March there was a nice breeze and a great view of shrieking carloads of people on EE across the lake.

Good question OP! Like you, we don't like to eat outside. It just doesn't feel sanitary to us. I know we're strange. :o I'd love to have a list of all locations w/ indoor seating. We've eaten at Flametree once, & didn't enjoy it because of the seating.

We loved Yak & Yetti. The food was delicious & the theming is beautiful. We got a window seat & it was nice to sit down, relax & people watch for a while.
