Favorite PhotoPass locations in DL?

We've got MaxPass so we are looking to use and abuse the PhotoPass part. What are your favorite places in part to use the PhotoPass. Only doing DL not DCA. We are a party of myself, hubby, two grandparents, two children under 7, and a 6 month old. I'm hoping to get some good group shots. Thank you!

Be aware that PP is less structured at DL and DCA. Photographers may not be around or there may be a lot around -- it just depends on the moment! And they are not allowed to ask you if you'd like them to take your picture. You need to ask them (that's just the rule at DLR for some reason). So if you see a PP CM standing around, go ahead and ask for some photos! If you see a character at a M&G without a PP CM (this can happen), ask a fellow guest to take your photo and offer to reciprocate. Just don't worry if you don't see as many PP CMs as you expect -- they are out there -- just keep looking!

BVS -- by Carthay Circle fountain: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip & Dale, Goofy, Pluto, etc.
Cars Land entrance by the billboard
Cozy Cones -- Mater or L. McQueen
Sometimes by the Cars Land Arch by Pacific Wharf -- lovely photos here in the evening
Sometimes by the plane by Soarin' -- usually with Pluto

The sword in the stone in Fantasyland! You can have a pic with the castle in the background, or if it's not too busy, the photographer may have time to get the carousel in the background for you.

There's usually a few right when you walk through the front gate. There's also a few by the flagpole If you go when the Halloween or Christmas decorations are up. There's always at least 2 photographers in front of the castle and 1 at the Founder's statue. I've also found them in front of the tomorrow land sign and of course at the character meet and greets. You can find them throughout Galaxy's Edge. There are always 2 in front of the millennium falcon. Occasionally, you can find them near Matterhorn, it's a small world, haunted mansion and the Toontown fountain.

I just went into the app to try it out and the only icon that showed on the entire resort map was in GE by MF. Really? Is that accurate? I guess I will have to keep checking daily at different times before we leave a week from Sunday. I sure hope there are more than that!

I was just going to ask if those locations are kept up to date dynamically and right now I see a bunch of them in the app. So since the last 45 minutes when the last message posted, it has changed a lot. In fact there are 11 photographers in each part at this moment. That's really good to know.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong then. I just went in again and still only see the one. I hit the search icon and search PhotoPass then click find on map. Is there a different way?

At the top of the app when you have the map open, next to "Attractions," there a "v" in a circle. Tap it to open a drop-down menu. Select PhotoPass from the menu to bring up all of the PhotoShop locations.

After looking at both methods of finding Photopass locations (the drop-down and the search) I can see that it is NOT dynamically updated. It seems to be just fixed locations where you might expect to find the photographers. But no info if they are actually there at the moment.
And it is strange that using the search it only finds the one in SWGE. That would seem to be a bug.

I haven't been recently, so I can't confirm. I usually have issues spotting them @ DLR, so wanted to mention that part of the app.
