Which one & why?

Mine is CSR because I feel it has a deluxe feel for a moderate price and the pool rocks!!

CSR!! And for exactly what you said about it Tinkerbelle!

We have been to Riverside many times, staying in both AB and Mansions. Like both. Good transportation, quiet atmosphere. Like the river. We stayed at CB once. It was OK but we even like All-stars over that. We got to sample CSR during Hurricane Floyd when we were evacuated from ASM! Sort of turned us off since we slept on the floor of the ball room! At least we had something to talk about!

We like POFQ, POR, & CBR, but not CSR. Have tried them all. CSR is very lovely, just not our fav.

CS is second to us for one main reason, the food court is too expensive and we don't like the set up, but is is nice.

CBR is our favorite. We have stayed at POR, CSR, CBR. I also don't like the food court at CSR and you have to choose if you want to be near the pool or the food court. At POR and CBR you can be close to both at the same time.

Although I have never stayed at CSR, I have stayed at POR and CBR. I voted for CBR. I just liked the atmosphere here bettter, but I did like POR also.

I've stayed at all of them except FQ. I've stayed at CBR 5 or 6 times and while I like it I think CSR has the edge. I love the deluxe feel of CSR and the main pool is wonderful. Lots of space to swim! I also prefer the food services at CSR. I like being able to mix and match menu items. I do have a soft spot of CBR since I stayed there for the first time a couple of months after it opened. POR Riverside is my least favorite-only because I prefer tropical theming.

Between CSR and CBR (I haven't tried Port Orleans), I like CSR. It does have that deluxe feel to it. The place is beautiful. We like the pool here better and my kids love the Dig Site. So I voted for CSR. I'm planning to stay there again.

We preferred PO Riverside (or Dixie Landings when we were there). I liked the food court here best of these choices.

I didn't care for the walk to the pool at CS but did like the pool setup.

Port Orleans - French Quarter got my vote. I stayed there for the first time last Fall. My young daughter and I fell in love with the place. It is beautifully landscaped, the main pool is unique, and the Cast Members were so nice to us. We will definitely stay there again. :D

I would rank them this way:

Coronado Springs
Port Orleans French Quarter
Port Orleans Riverside
Caribbean Beach

I still like CBR a lot-I just like the others better. CSR is our second favorite resort after AKL (that we have stayed at.)

Caribbean Beach Resort is my favorite moderate because of the theme, landscaping, pools, bright rooms, Old Port Royale and Banana Cabana!

French Quarter!!! I love the atmosphere, the quaintness and especially.... the beignets :p

FQ, no doubt. The New Orleans ambience, the pool, and the fountains in the squares have endeared that place to us. And the location on the river doesn't hurt. We love taking the boat from DTD back 'home' after a night at Cirque or clubbing at Pleasure Island.

Now if it only had a good sit-down restaurant............:smooth:

I agree with you Tinkerbelle - 100%. What a beautiful resort. Plus, don't you love Maya Grille?

PamNC

I prefer the POFQ. It's a small resort and I like that. The pool area is awesome my daughter can't get enough of the water slide! :jester:

We're all about Port Orleans, either side. We're staying at Riverside in November, but if it was FQ, we would'nt mind a bit. I plan on seeing some of the other resorts in the evenings while we're there and maybe we'll stay at Coronado Springs next year, just for comparison purposes...lol

Cheers
