Favorite mod resort? Favorite value resort?

CSR is my family favorite! Check out my CSR website below for pics and info. CSR has queen beds, full menu room service, a terrific main pool area and great transportation that is not shared with other resorts.

Pick which theme you like and which resort amenities meet you family needs.

The only moderate I ever stayed at was POFQ. We stayed there twice and enjoyed it. The pool is nice for the kids and they have a good food court which is nice for quick, casual meals (with the kids). We also enjoyed the grounds and atmosphere. I can't compare it to any other moderate b/c as I said, I never stayed at another. I haven't stayed at any values either, sorry.

I always liked POR because of the theming and the trundle in AB. However, I think I would now lean toward CSR - which we also liked - because of the rehab and the queen beds.

I used to despise ASMU until we were "stuck" staying there Christmas 2007. I fell in love with the refurbished rooms and we've stayed there since. We actually stayed there last week and have to say our room still looked new and was sparkling clean. I've read the ASSP is simlarly refurbished, too, so I'd consider that, but I love, love, love ASMU.

Moderate- Port Orleans Riverside, because it is so pretty, the grounds are beautiful. You can take the boat over to downtown disney, ride surrey carts and bikes. They have a nice pool and food court. Boatwrights is good for breakfeast and lunch...not dinner though ickk.

Value- All Star Sports...because my family is OBSESSED with sports so its why we like it so much.

CSR is our favorite mod, but really we prefer it over many of the deluxes we've stayed at. The grounds are beautiful, bus transportation is great, Pepper Market has great variety and good food, the theming is perfect, it just makes us happy!!! I know I'm probably the only one that feels ike this, but our last 2 trips were at BC and Poly and I kept wishing we'd chosen CSR. I can't wait till June 9!!!

jumped around the resorts that much. We did a deluxe, then value then moderate in three successive stays. The cost benefit trade-off for us was the moderate. We stayed at POFQ and liked the theming and the size. Will be there again in June.

The value we stayed at was All Star Movie. It was OK. To large and informal for our tastes.

Haven't stayed in a Mod yet, but I am so psyched for our August stay at CSR

We've stayed at all of the Values except for Music. My favorite would have to be Pop, there's just something about the vibrant colors and theme. Love the nostalgia!

I have only stayed at one Mod and that was POFQ. We picked it because of the size of it and because we had been to New Orleans a couple of times and really enjoyed it.

Our favorite value is POP!!! I have stayed there 3 times and haven't had a bad visit yet. Love the look, style, history, everything. The only thing I wish they had would be a frig in every room for no extra charge.

The only mod I've ever stayed at was POR, which at the time was known as Dixie Landings. It's very lovely and I'd happily go back there. But that said, I'd like to try the others too.

So far my favorite value is ASMU. I love the games and movies by the pool, and the whole experience from the rooms to the lobby to the food court were clean and excellent. I loved Pop as well, but it's so popular that it's annoyingly crowded and the farthest walk from the bus stops! (me so lazy lol)

Fav. Mod is tie between CBR and POFQ love the themeing at both resorts. I have never stayed POR and would love to in the near future. Fav. value AllStar Music by far. AllStar Movies and Pop dont appeal to me at all. AllStar Sports is pretty good.

I'll be really happy to hear good reviews about All Star Sports. I'm staying there for the first time in March. It's the only value resort I haven't tried yet. It's really hard for me to not try switching to Music, since I love it so much. But I'm determined to try Sports, and I've so far heard good things.

However, the more raves I hear, the more reassured I'll be!

I've stayed at POR and CSR and I much prefer POR! POR was much more manageable...at CSR I was constantly on a hike around the lake.

POR had great activities for the kids outside of the lobby and in front of the dock. It was fun to take the boat to DTD. We also walked to POFQ and enjoyed beignets.

The rooms were just as big as CSR and we were able to get a trundle bed, a key ingredient for sibling harmony!

We stayed at CBR and CSR and preferred CBR. Loved the tropical feel and how quiet it was.

As for values, I only stayed at ASmu. I enjoyed my stay there. I walked around ASmo as well and they were very similar.

I think if you are not sure which resort to stay at, just look at the pics and see which theme suits you best.

We've stayed at CBR and CSR and much prefer CSR over CBR. CBR has no elevators, everything is a long walk and the food court is average at best.

CSR has the best transportation, an awesome food court area and the best main pool of all the mods.

We have only stayed at one, but for what its worth... we loved CBR. It was quiet, the room was large (we stayed at Disney at the end of half of a loong Florida vacation- we needed the room from all the crap we accumulated!) It is a long walk, and the buildings are confusing, but we enjoyed the scenery so it didn't really matter to us. The only really bad thing, so to speak, was the food court. But maybe that is the norm- I don't have anything else to compare it to. If we don't buy into DVC, we will stay at the CBR again! I want in the pirate-themed rooms!

I like POFQ for a mod and Pop as the value. Never had a complaint in either. POFQ is lush, well themed and cozy! Pop doesn't share the buses with the All Stars.

CSR!! I love CSR for the atmosphere, great CM's and the deluxe-lite feel. CSR offers a spa, salon, full menu room service and fitness center not to mention a terrific main pool area and the best transportation that is not shared with any other resort. It's like taking two vacations in one. Queen beds too!
