If you looked at the Red Sox Thread you know that mine is the Red Sox. But who is everyone else fav. team?

Well it used to be the California Angels, then they became the Anaheim Angels, and now what are they - the Los Angeles Angels?

Players change teams so often, it's hard for me to maintain my connection to the team when the roster is different every year.

We live in the DFW area, and last year I jumped on the Texas Rangers bandwagon. Ameriquest Field is a beautiful park, btw. But alas, I fear I am a fair-weather fan, because we haven't been to a game yet this year!

Atlanta....started in the Dale Murphy era as a young kid (at that time I never thought they would ever be good). My dad is a big fan as well.

My 14 year old DS has been an Angels fan since he was born (it was instilled since before birth) and myself long before that. The owners can "tweak" the name all they want but they will always be our favorite team.

Well, I grew up in the southern California area, so of course growing up, my favorite team was the Toronto Blue Jays. They actually gave tickets to my friends and I to attend games.

But 5 years ago, I moved to the St Louis area. I gotta admit, the fans won me over before the team did, but I am a Cards FAN. This town LOVES it's team...and the team loves this town back. I enjoy baseball more just being here.

DH is a BlueJays fan as well as a Cardinals fan. I have come to like the BlueJays b/c DH took me to a few games and I absolutely love the stadium and area!! I don't know about the cardinals, yet, but I do watch baseball more now than ever. Funny how your significant other influences your sports team pics. We do have different football teams, though.

megan, if you and your dh make it out to St Louis....this town loves their team. It's a "must see" during baseball season here....nothing like the Angels and Dodgers games I went to in California. It's not the team as much as the fans here....they will win you over...and the team treats them well...(In 2000, they were tossing every unplayable ball into the stands...and still do. Every one. It's just...I'm trying to find the right words, so accessable. You can't help but feel connected.)

You probably won't like this OP, but I am lifelong Yankees fan. You can take the girl out of New York, but you can't take the New York out of the girl.

We love it when they come to St. Petersburg here in Fl to play the Devil Rays because we can get great seats, sometimes just a row or two back from the field. Poor Rays can hardly hold a fan, so the stadium is nearly empty most games. Except of course when the Yankees or Red Sox come to town.

My fave is my hometown team--StL Cardinals. There's nothing better than going to one of there games here. The atmosphere here is wonderful. The fan support is among the best. The only downside is that this is the last season for Busch Stadium
