Les Chefs de France & Biergarten are my favourite WS restaurants. At Les Chefs the filet is really good and the baked macaroni made with guyere is amazing. At Biergarten the schnitzel is super yummy and the bavarian cheesecake is a favourite of mine. For a snack, anything from Karamell Kuche in Germany is so good. I could burn all my snack credits at that place alone!
I know that Via Napoli is a favourite on these boards, but it was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had at Disney (maybe anywhere), the service was horrendously awful. The pizza was good, not great, but not good enough to make up for the service. That was a few years ago and I may finally be willing to give it one more chance on my next trip, but it's a tough call with so many great restaurants to choose from.
