Please tell me what your favorite appetizer, entree, and dessert are at Le Cellier. I have a lunch and dinner ADR at Le Cellier and I would like to know what items you really enjoy.
Thanks!!!!!!:)

Well, I have only eaten there one time, last Sunday to be exact. I had the cheese soup appy, and it was pretty good. I enjoyed dipping the bread sticks in it. The wife had the cod cake(I think) and she liked it ok.

For the entree I had the Maple Filet with the sauce on the side. It was wonderful. It came with cream cheese mashed potatoes which were equally great. The wife had the herb roasted prime rib and she really liked it. She didn't enjoy the potatoes that came with hers, though.

For dessert, I got the creme brulee sampler which we both enjoyed and the wife got the chocolate whiskey cake which also we both enjoyed.

This meal was one of our 2 favorite meals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you're a cheese freak like me, get the canadian cheese selection. It's offered as a desert but I got it as an appetizer. It will blow you away!

:thumbsup2

I start off with the cheddar cheese soup....hubby gets that and a ceasar salad...and I too dunk my bread stick in the soup...just very quietly...hahaha
I love the prime rib rare and hubby gets the prime rib medium.....our grandkids had the half of a free range chicken and loved it...
we usually are to full for dessert ....
This is our favorite things to have.....

I know everyone loves the soup but I think it's just alright plus I do low carb so I'd rather cheat on the pretzel bread sticks!!

Here's my choices for appetizers:

Beefsteak Tomato Stack - with caramelized onions, marinated mozzarella, and yuzu vinaigrette

or

Steakhouse Caesar - romaine lettuce, parmesan-black pepper crisp, sour dough croutons, creamy Caesar dressing

Entree choice:

Herb Crusted Prime Rib - roasted Yukon potatoes, finished with a veal demi glace

Dessert choice:

#1 - Creme Brulee Sampler - Maple Creme Brulee with caramelized maple sugar and cinnamon whipped cream; vanilla bean creme brulee with caramelized maple sugar and vanilla whipped cream YUM!!!!!!!

#2 - Chocolate on Chocolate Whiskey Cake - chocolate cake brushed with Canadian whiskey, layered with chocolate mousse, finished with tarragon anglaise, topped with a chocolate curl

My kids love the Chocolate moose!

Have fun!

Thanks for the great responses!!!! I appreciate all the great suggestions.I am really craving some good WDW food right now.Somehow my Subway sandwich doesn't seem real appealing right now. :rotfl:
Thanks again!

The cheese soup for an appetizer and the mushroom filet for the entree. Last time we went, I was too full for dessert, so we actually skipped it, even though we were on the ddp.

We are having dinner there this Sept. Last year, DH ordered the cheese soup and I had the mussels for appies. I tasted his soup and was happy I did not order it. I have problems with a lot of dairy, and this would've given me a big problem! The mussles were delicious, as was the petit filet, and the creme brulee sampler.

Their signature dish is the LeCellier Mushroom Filet Mignon and it's only served at dinner -- I get this meal every single time. It is that good (to me). DH has tried a few different meals and said they pale in comparison to the mushroom filet mignon.

Pretzel Bread as opposed to an appetizer - cheese soup would be my choice if I didn't splurge on the bread.

Shrimp, Scallop, and Mussel Bouillabaisse - to die for yummy

Creme Brulee

Just a little extra from our May trip. If you arrive at Le Cellier for the first lunch of the day - be in line before 11:30. For the guests in line at the reservation desk, you may be treated to all the waiters and waitresses gathering to sing their national anthem - "O Canada". We were told they like to sing this before each day's opening! It was sung quite well and there may have been a Canadian or two in line because some in line behind us were singing along!

Enjoy your meal!
