I know, I know...there are no such thing as calories on vacation. But - what are some of your favorite healthy meals. I like to mix it up and would love your input. :)

I was going to ask the same question as bigbabyblues. Depending on what you consider healthy, there are many healthy things there. Almost every TS restaurant has some sort of fish on the menu and some sort of steamed vegetable. There are fruit stands in every single park. Almost all of the QS restaurants have some sort of salad, depends on you if you put dressing on them or not. I tend to eat light meals most of the time, some of my favorites:

Cobb Salad at HBD, while it probably wouldn't be considered "healthy" by most standards since it has bacon, blue cheese and dressing on it, it is lighter fare.
Chicken meal from Tangeriene Cafe in Morrocco, the meat is grilled, no rice and plenty of green things.
Small plates from Spice Road Tables, love me some grape leaves.
Caprese sandwich from Backlot Express.

When we eat at TS I always get either Chicken or Fish.

Salmon and green beans from Sunshine Seasons Epcot
Chicken or Salmon Teriyaki - Katsura Grill Japan / Epcot

Vegan/Vegetarian options - most of these would be considered healthy
Salad - most places have salad of some kind
Tofu - some places offer Tofu on the menu as a protein

Most table service places can offer you lean meat and vegetables, you can usually sub the side item.
At quick service if you don't want fries, most places can sell you just the sandwiches minus fries for a slight discount (something like $2 off).

Columbia Harbor House used to have a nice Tuna Salad Sandwich, not sure if they still have it, maybe not the healthiest thing, but better than fried.
And they used to do a salmon, broccoli, and couscous dinner.

We find the most effective way, for us, to be healthy is to share meals. Its all about portion control for me. I don't need a whole Dole Whip or churro or popcorn, or whatever, by myself. I take a few bites, it's delcious, I don't feel deprived, and therefore don't tend to binge either. Just a thought.

I love the Schrwama platters from Tangerine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion in Epcot. There's a ton of veggies and a light couscous salad included and it is super yummy and nothing is fried!

Anything that is not fried and not carb-laden makes me feel better about my choices on vacation.

For snacks, I like any kind of nut...even the cinnamon sugar ones. I can't resist them. The giant pickles, etc.

I have had great luck with the fish dishes in WDW. My best was at Kona - it was a cobia over black rice with a great, thin lime sauce.
