We had a GF DF little one in our party and ate at the BB last week and she enjoyed her meal of meat and potatoes very much (but she is a big meat eater so if yours isn't a meat eater this wouldn't work as well). Her GF rolls were so yummy that everyone tried one. At Carthay she had rice penne pasta with red sauce which was also good, and even good enough to be enjoyed by her non GF brother who munched down her left overs the next night for dinner.
FYI our allergy sufferer is also very allergic to citrus and I found that to be very limiting-almost more limiting than the gluten, dairy and nut allergies because they do a lot of citrus on their meats and sans the citrus seasoning/flavoring the meats would be too bland for a little kid to eat (I think little ones are the hardest to please and the most likely one to not eat despite being starving and their hunger then causes major meltdowns later).
