Favorite food at Chefs de France

I booked all my ADRs yesterday and got into Chefs de France (for lunch, although I may switch it to dinner). I've been at allears looking at the menus (for probably the millionth time!) and dreaming about what to order. Anyone have any favorites? (Can you tell its close to lunch time and I'm hungry!! )

oooh! The macaroni au gruyere is fabulous! And for dessert the profiteroles au chocolate! Yummy!

The only thing that we had that we liked we absolutely loved - French Onion Soup.

Croque de monsieur (probably totally butchered the spelling there...)- it's like a ham and cheese sandwich, but it's the BEST ham and cheese sandwich ever; flatbreads

I love their quiche, and it's only offered at lunch which is why we never eat at Chef's for dinner.

For dinner - my absoulte hands down favorite is the Braised Short Ribs. I have eaten at most all the Signatures...and this meal is one of THE best on property.
