I am planning an Epcot day and in taking some sage advice I have decided to have a big lunch at a nice TS place and do Fish and Chips for dinner. My problem is that I don't know which to choose?! There are so many great ones. I ate at Les Chefs de France last year and loved it, but I want to try something new. So now to my question: which is your favorite and why?

the choices I am torn between:
Alfredo's
Marrekesh
San Angel Inn
Biergarten

Thanks for your help! :Pinkbounc

We have tried all of your choices except Biergarten my favorite of those would be Alfredo's. We ate there last June and thought the food was really good. Good luck with your decision :sunny:

Well, my favorite EPCOT restaurant is Le Cellier. But since that isn't an option I went with Marrakesh

ITA. I found Alfredo's to be lacking in flavor. Trying to be nice.

I've only been to Alfredo's and Biergarten, but we love Biergarten. I would like to try Marrakesh one of these days...San Angel...well we can get mexican any old time over here! lol

My personal fave at Epcot is Coral Reef, though...

I picked Alfredo's because by the time I get to mid-week I am dire need of a bowl of pasta. The carbs get me moving again

But they are all great. You really can't go wrong

Yeah, agree w/ the other that Le Cellier is the best. Although, I went to Rose & Crown pub the first time on my last trip and had the fish and chips. Unbelievable! (We also got the cheese sampler which was great as well)

My two favorites are Le Cellier and Coral Reef--I have never eaten at Alfredo's--even though I chose it on the pole. We have ps's (cannot get used to saying adr ;) ) for this May and am anxious to try it ::yes::

I am with everyone else. I know LE Cellier is not on your list, but I would definatley reccomend that as being one of the best, if not the best, in epcot. Alfredo's IMO is horrible. We had the worst meal of our trip there and will never go back. The service alone is enough to make me sick. If you are on the dining plan they shuffle you in and out as if you're cattle. The food is subpar. It's basic Italian American that can be found at any macaroni grill or olive garden. To me, that's not very good.

changing the subject. If you are into italian I suggest LUPA or BABBO in NYC if you're ever in the area.

People either love or hate Alfredo's. We love it, and recommend it to all our friends who venture down to WDW!

I voted San Angel Inn...

Never done Marrakesh.
I am not crazy about German Food but like the beer. :drinking1
Alfredo's did not leave a lasting impression on me.

Of the ones on your list, I voted for Biergarten.

If you did a poll as to which one I would least want to go to, Marrakesh.

I voted Biergarten because I love saurkraut and different types of german style dishes and the show is cute.

I am with the majority here in that Le Cellier is my favorite. I've been to all of your restaurants and we really enjoyed each one. My list would be:

Biergarten
San Angel Inn
Alfredo's
Marrakesh

San Angel Inn is not only my favorite restaurant in Epcot, it is my favorite restaurant anywhere.

I always try something different and it has always been better than I expected. Service has always been top notch and the drinks are great. Great kids menu.

And, of course, the atmosphere is fabulous. Live music, a quaint Mexican village, and a volcano in the background.

Eating supper at San Angel Inn is my only "Must Do".

...and I normally detest Mexican or TexMex food.

Even though its not on your list, i also have to say Le' Cellier is my favorite in Epcot.

I agree San Angel Inn is very good. We had lunch there this past January. We like Alfredo's too--never tried Le Cellier yet. Portabello Yacht Club in Downtown Disney is also a favorite--great Sangria--by the pitcher or glass!!! Palio in the Swan is great Italian food too!!

Marrekesh is our favourite closely follwed by San Angel Inn :goodvibes

San Angel slightly over Alfredo's. Mostly because San Angel has a bit better ambience and is more original. Coming from New Jersey, I turn around and there's a good italian joint, at least as good as Alfredo's.

San Angel Inn has a great atmosphere. I'm going with the best friend in May and made ADR. The pyramid and boat rides in the background are just fun to watch while eating.
