We usually go for the slush drinks in France, the grapefruit beer in Germany and the avocado margarita in mexico. Last week we wanted something different so we tried the “Tipsy ducks in love” at the Joy of tea in China! Ohh my it was perfect for a mid day pick me up ... iced coffee and tea blended with chocolate and a generous pour of bourbon... so good!
My hands down favorite is the Grand Marnier slushie with a big honorable mention to the LePassion frozen martinis at the Food & Wine Festival. Super delicious flavor with bonus points for presentation.
Soon, I will (hopefully) get to try the Flower & Garden slushie, La Vie En Rose, which is pink and pomegranate flavored.

I am a beer drinker. Last trip, we discovered that you can go into the countries and next to the cash registers in a lot of the stores, there is a barrel with ice and beer. I cannot remember the name...maybe Dunkel?.... from Germany. We LOVED it! It was ice cold, cheaper, etc.
Anyone know if ALL countries have these??
I know what the WORST drink is (IMO) - the Mango Gingerita in China. Frozen vomit in a glass..
