I can't believe no one has stated the ice cream Martini in France! Absolutely awesome to walk into L'Artisan des Glaces and order ice cream with alcohol.

Yes, my trip is in 57 days and I wish I were leaving tonight! I appreciate all the suggestions, there are definitely a few I haven't tried. I appreciate the rec for the ice cream martini, though booze and dairy are not a good combo for me, but DH loves a white Russian so I will make sure he tries this.
