Favorite entree at LeCellier??

Maple BBQ filet with cream cheese mashed potatoes....oh my is it good!

I don't care for the potatoes, so usually will subsitute a vegie.

This is the first time I have heard someone mention substitute. I cannot eat starchy foods, and was hoping to get steamed veggies over the potatoes at Le Cellier...was this some you requested at ressie time, or once your arrived at the restaurant, or at the time you placed the order???
