Usually I don't like most of the villains but one exception is Shere Khan from The Jungle Book, because tigers are my favorite animal.

Jafar and Iago were the first one to pop in my head, they are just so witty and wry.

Maleficent is just classic though. I mean who doesn't want to curse someone when you don't get an invite!
