I have to say the Circle of Life is mine.

Not exactly my FAVORITE, but one that my mom and I really love and we can never find it anywhere...

The theme song for Spectromagic.

The last time we were there we couldn't find it anywhere (trust me, we LOOKED) and so my mom finally bought a 3 video set of the MK, Epcot and a Christmas one just so we could see if Spectromagic was on it and hear the music, or maybe see if the credits said who composed it or what it was called. Man, that Disney Magic, it can squeeze every last buck out of ya

FYI--The spectromagic music is available on CD located at the big Disney Store located in Downtown Disney. I saw it there last month. My favorite song is hard....so many to choose from...i really like ---It's A Small World---but that's not from a movie but that gets my vote!

My favorite Disney song changes according to my mood. Right now it is "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan.

I also love Wishes' music. We bought the CD when we were down there the first week of May, and whenever I listen to it, it transports me to a spot right in front of the castle watching the show. Sigh!

I love the theme from Spectromagic, too. It's called "On This Magic Night" and was composed by John Debney, who has written many scores for movie and television (I'm somewhat of a film score junkie.) John Debney has recently gotten a lot of recognition for his score to the movie The Passion of the Christ . He'll be scoring Disney's upcoming Chicken Little as well.

OMG we must be in the same mood right now, because I have a thing for that song these days as well! I have it on cd in my van, and I replay it 2 or 3 times in a row and sing along really loud. My boys just laugh at me! LOL!!! "Let's get down to business! To defeat.....the huns.....Did you give me daughters? When I asked, for sons!!!" lol Is that how it goes?

Simba's Mom - "Once Upon A Dream" is from "Sleeping Beauty" - in fact it's from the actual Tschaikovsky ballet (as it a lot of the score), and is typically referred to as the 'Sleeping Beauty Waltz'.

That said, I think my favorite is "A Whole New World" although there are admittedly an awful lot of good ones to pick from.
