Ursula for sure. I lost my fave Aunt in July and she was a loud very funny and rather big woman. When my DD was 5 (she is now 17) We went to MGM and the Ursula came out and floated across the stage. And she stood up on her seat and pointed and said Mommy she looks just like Auntie Kathy only purple. It was so innocent and I have never forgotten that. Everytime I see Ursula I think of it.

Right now my son, who is 3, is obsessed with the Wicked Queen. He pretends he's her! It's a trip to watch him...he know's all her lines. So, after watching her over, and over, and over, and over...I have to say, she's pretty darn cool! She's neat looking and mean and magical and vain...yep, I like her!

Gotta go with Cruella! If ever there were an evil, heartless female villian, it's Cruella. She just embodies the definition of villian. All the others are mere shadows of her!
