If we do the CS DDP package - other than the CS at the resort you are staying in - What is the best CS healthy food and deals ?

For a CS lunch or dinner it is nice to have a main dish with a veggie or fruit of some sort. What I found so far have pizza with a salad and chicken or beef with a veggie.

I could not find any healthy options or good deals in DHS.

Does anyone know of any other CS places to eat ?

Magic Kingdom: Comsic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

Epcot: Electric Umbrella.

Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary.

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue & Pizzafari.

Downtown Disney: Earl of Sandwich.

Contemporary: Contempo Cafe.

Grand Floridian: Gasparilla's Grill & Games.

Cosmic Rays and Flame Tree are good choices for dinner. Large portions of rotissarie chicken, ribs, sides, etc...

DHS doesn't really have anything "healthy". Basic park fare.

Sunshine Seasons is healthy in Epcot's the Land, then you also have the CS of World Showcase.

We rarely eat CS as we do the DxDDP.

I wouldn't see it as a "deal" if you had to run to each resort just for a CS meal. That would defeat the purpose. You might save money, but waste a lot of travel time.

Columbia Harbor House in MK - you can get a tuna sandwich, or a sandwich of hummus & brocolli slaw. They have good clam chowder too!

I lovee love love columbia harbor house. It's always peaceful upstairs and the food is delicious. They have different choices like sandwiches and soups and chowders, but they also have mac and cheese and chicken and fish.

I also love CHH and the tuna sandwich or the Light House sandwich. Our very favorite CS is Wolfgang Puck Express. Everything that we've had there is hot, fresh and delicious!!!

I second WPE at DTD. EVERYTHING there is amazing and so fresh! I have had every one of their salads and they are all wonderful. DH loves their pizza and we both go gaga over the frozen yogurt with fresh berries. Now I'm so hungry . . .

There are a few semi-healthy choices at Hollywood Studios. Backlot Express has a grilled turkey and cheese sandwich with carrot sticks as a side. They also have a grilled vegetable sandwich. At Catalina Eddie's, you could order a chicken caesar salad.

Pecos Bill's at Magic Kingdom has a good chicken wrap.

I haven't tried it, but there is Pepper Market @ Coronado Resort with a large selection, but it is resort. Hurricane Hanna's at Beach Club is right on the Boardwalk & has a few good things.

I love Peco's Bill in the Magic Kingdom...they have the greatest fixin bar

the only two for HS that i can think of is Studios Catering Co. Flatbread Grill (all one counter service) and Sunset Ranch market.

Our current favorite is also Wofgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney. Their chicken pizza, beef/gorganzola pocket, spag w/ meatballs...Oh, I'm making myself hungry! We ate there at least three times on our last trip. It's a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere, as well. It's many steps up from typical CS, too.
There's no place that I would choose to eat a meal at DHS.
