What are your favorite cocktails in the parks (or hotels and DtD)? Any and all suggestions on property are welcome. There's nothing I really shy away from except scotch. I tried the scotch mist at Carthay lounge just to honor Walt...let's just say I wasn't a huge fan 😂

ETA: Beer recs are also appreciated

It's interesting reading this thread,, that no one has listed anything from Oga's. I guess the atmosphere is the bigger draw there than the drinks.
Do they let you take a drink from Trader Sams up to your room at DLH? I'll be at DL with 3 granddaughters aged 9,7, and 5. It might be nice to pick up an adult beverage on the way up to the room at the end of the day to enjoy once everyone is in bed.

I haven't been to the DL Oga's but I did like the cocktails we had at WDW's; the Fuzzy Tauntaun (that 'fuzz' is a bit 'mouth shocking' so beware) and the Bespin Fizz.

They're not on the menu at DL's Ogas, not sure if they'll make them on request. The DL Oga's drinks menu seems pretty 'tame' to me.

The Ka-blue-ie at Trader Sams-- they have taken it off the menu, but it is still available and on "secret menu" lists. It is light rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and blue curacao. DH stops by and grabs one for me about every night when we get back to the resort and brings it up to the room.

I like the Fuzzy Tauntaun too-- that lip numbness feeling is bizzare. It was on the menu at DL last October -that is where I first had it, I wonder if they removed it or if the website just isn't up to date with the menu.

Yes- DH has done that every DLH trip we have had since Trader Sam's first opened. I take DD upstairs and get her in the bath/shower and ready for bed and he stops and gets me a drink from Trader Sam's. She is a teen now, so not as much work for me, but I still walk her up to our room while he stops by Trader Sam's.

edited to add: sorry about that. Posted in wrong forum and wrong park :upsidedow

Avocado Margarita at La Cava in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion.

For non-alcoholic, Yak & Yeti at AK has the 'Everest Refresher' and I love the desert pear version mixed with sparkling water for a tasty and cool little sip after a long hot day.

Anything that Ryland, bartender at Napa Rose comes up with! He’s an amazing mixologist and many of the drinks on the menu are his concoctions. Usually I ask for something with a good bourbon.

Lisette and Eric at the Craftsman Bar make me a great Kentucky mule. Fresh lime juice, ginger beer and Knob Creek.

Also the Carthay martini is like jet fuel, love the ice sphere and olives. One and done drink. Hahaha.
