Hi :earboy2:

Well, I'm hungry and I'm daydreaming about WDW instead of working so I thought I'd get some ideas of new stuff to try in May. What is your favorite counter service or cheap-eats around the World? I always eat at the same old places so I'm trying to branch out a little. :rolleyes1

I think my favorite counter service is Tusker House, the quality seems really high for the price. On this last trip we got addicted to the giant tomatoes that were swimming in the balsamic dressing at a stand by the Tusker House too. I couldn't get enough and remember thinking they were a great deal. (of course I can't remember the price now)

Flame Tree Barbeque. That is by far our favorite in all of WDW.

we like Pecos Bills. Been there during our last 2 trips. Will probably end up there during our next 2 trips, November and January.

Another vote for Pecos Bills although we may try Pinocchios nest time for variety

At Magic Kingdom:
Pecos Bill's or Columbia Harbour House
At Epcot:
Yakitori House
At Disney MGM:
We usually always have a sitdown meal, but the Turkey Legs at Toluka Turkey Legs up near ToT are really good for a quick bite... and they are HUGE!
Animal Kingdom:
Tusker House
Downtown Disney:
Earl of Sandwich
Wolfgang Puck Express

Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbor House
Epcot - Tangerine Cafe or Yakitori House
MGM - Starring Rolls
AK - Tusker House

Another vote for Pecos Bill's. We love the fixins bar for our burgers and the melted cheddar cheese for our fries. :cool1:

Columbia harbor house. It has something other than burgers and fries and it's all quite tasty.

My favorite counter service is Pecos Bill's. We make sure to have lunch here on each visit.

Columbia Harbor House. Great fish and no one is ever there! You can walk around at Pecos Bills for 10 minutes before getting a table, or walk 10 minutes and have any table you like at Columbia HH. I can't believe I'm revealing my secret place...

I always loved Pinnochio's in MK... don't know about MGM or EPCOT...Flame Tree BBQ is REALLY good at AK... and my family always planned a lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich at DTD!

If you go to Pinnochio's, try to get a table over looking "it's a small world" - may have to get there at 11am to secure those few tables.

Food was ok as I remember - we enjoyed our table!

Columbia Harbor House. It's our only "must do" counter service. THe upstairs is so quiet and relaxing it almost feels like a sit down restaurant. Well actually for me it is since I sit down with the kids while DH gets the food and delivers it to us!

Wow, I haven't sat at those tables since I was little...I should try to do that this time around! Thanks for the reminder!
