Okay, I just read this for the first time. Now, I am going to have to try Crystal Palace again. There were no chefs making pancakes or anything else when I was there. There was some picked over fruit and danishes and cold cereal and bagels at a messy bar, and that was about it. Maybe it because we were at one of the later breakfast seatings. Next time, I am going to try an early morning ADR.

I was sorry to read about your bad experience at CP.

I think every restaurant has a bad day now and then, but in all honesty, it shouldn't matter what time you arrived. You should get the same clean tables, the same character interaction and the same cooks making you pancakes or an omlet that we did at our early morning time.

While the cooks may have been prepping the lunch foods because it was later, I'm not going to make any excuses for CP. You should get what you pay for.

I hope you have a better experience next time.

ps: Thanks for the 1900 PF review. We're doing that in May and reading your comments is making me think we made a great choice!

Ohana gets our vote. Ds was 2 1/2 when we went and LOVED it. The food and character's.

Usually the buffets have the pancakes in a tray that comes out from the kitchen, but they make them right in front of you at CP. And you can even have some made to order! I had the chef make me some chocolate chip pancakes that were excellent

I am soooooo excited now for CP I love chocolate chip pancakes!!!!
