I am sure there is a thread about this somewhere but I sure can't find it.

We have done Donald Safari breakfast @ Tusker House 2 years ago and loved it but have noticed that it is not getting great reviews.

I have seen great things about Crystal Palace Breakfast, but our dinner there last time was nothing to write home about. Eeyore and Tigger are the favorite characters so Is breakfast better?

I have also read great things about 1900 Park Fair but we have a 12 year old grandson I am not sure he would enjoy that too much. Thoughts?

I have also read great things about Boma breakfast, would kids like this?

And great things about O'hana's breakfast?

My family loves the omelet bars.

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions on any of these or others?

HELP PLEASE!:scared::scared1:

'Ohana is hands down our favorite!!! We absolutely love it. The atmosphere is right up our alley. I love that they bring the food, we don't have to get up and get it LOL (I have 4 kids under 6 - at buffets I feel like I'm constantly just running for food haha) We love the characters and the music. The parade is fun!! The food is fabulous!!!!

We love Crystal Palace & Ohana for breakfast. CP has a nice buffet - it's the only one with puffed french toast! We also enjoy CP's atmosphere & have had good experiences with the characters. Ohana has a more limited breakfast menu but it is served to you family style which is nice. We like the relaxed polynesian atmosphere at Ohana. We've also had good character interaction at Ohana - Stitch & Pluto are hilarious!

My kids love Ohana's. My son is a Stitch fan. The characters were great when we went and the kids got alot of time with each character. The food is good, they bring it family style which helps because my kids don't like to go to the buffet when characters are near by. CP is good we have only been there for breakfast. Bomas has no characters but the food is good, my hubby loves to go there for dinner.

On our last trip we tried Donald's Breakfast Safari for the first time and loved it. We will definately be trying this one again. We also tried out, for the first time as well, Goofy's Beach Club Breakfast at Cape May Cafe. The food was excellent and the character interaction was amazing. Minnie Mouse actually sat down with my girls to take a picture, plus when she found out my DD5 is her biggest fan, she just went gaga over it and really paid attention to DD5. Goofy, was hilarious, just playing around with everyone, we really had a good time with this one. We too will be doing this breakfast again. We haven't tried out O'hanas but I think that will be on the must try list for our next trip....DH would much rather prefer a non buffet with characters.

:banana::banana: Another vote for the Ohana breakfast.:banana::banana:

Excellent character interaction, great food, fantastic atmosphere.

Hands down the best character meal we did on our January trip!

We also would recommed the Ohana breakfast. All you can eat, they bring the food to you. The POG juice is wonderful and of course, Stitch is there, along with Lilo, Mickey and Pluto.

We've done most of them. As far as character breakfasts, my favorite is 1900. Donald's was good too & might be better for a 12 yo boy.

Boma is actually my favorite breakfast, but it's not a character meal.

We've done Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey and Cape May Cafe (we've avoided Ohana because we are far from Stitch fans and I prefer a buffet over family style so I can choose the food I like). Crystal Palace (puffed french toast and potato casserole) is by far our favorite, followed by Cape May Cafe and then Chef Mickey.

I must agree, there is great character interaction at Ohana. Stitch is so fun, and the food's not bad.

If it's great food you want (at a character breakfast), Crystal Palace is the place to go. Like others have mentioned, the Puffed French Toast is awesome, as is the made to order omelets and pancakes...so yummy! :lovestruc

We also love Donald's at Tusker House, and my kids are crazy about the Little Einsteins, so we do the Playhouse Disney breakfast at HS too.

Even though there are no characters at Boma, it's one of the best breakfast buffets on property and my two really enjoyed it last year...as did all the adults!

We're doing 1900 PF and Ohana in May, so I can't speak for those yet, but of the one's I've done which are Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, Donald's BF Safari and Play 'N Dine, my favorite was Crystal Palace hands down.

Usually the buffets have the pancakes in a tray that comes out from the kitchen, but they make them right in front of you at CP. And you can even have some made to order! I had the chef make me some chocolate chip pancakes :thumbsup2 that were excellent. My DS4 also loves the Pooh characters (especially Tigger and Piglet). It also has the best atmosphere being in the MK imo. Getting in early and being able to take some pictures of the castle with no one in front of it is pretty cool too.

I do think I'm really going to enjoy Ohana on our upcoming trip though.

We went to Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in March and loved it. I haven't seen any bad reviews of it here- only good.

Food was very good, character interaction was very good, we would highly recommend it to all.

We did Crystal Palace, which really disappointed me. It was a late breakfast, so maybe that was the problem. But the place was dirty (tables, floor, and buffet). The food left much to be desired.

The server told us to go right to the buffet, because no characters were near our table. We made a super-fast trip. But when we returned, we had just missed Piglet. The server told us not to worry, that he would come around again within the hour. We finished breakfast, and continued to wait. He was the last autograph that we needed.

Right when our table was next in line to see Piglet, he walked over to a new table that had just arrived. It was a large table, and Piglet posed for pictures and signed autographs for all of the children. We didn't mind, because we figured he would be over to see us next. But then he skipped us and went to the table after us. So we asked our server for help, and as she went to go get him, the parade started. So we thought, well, he will be back after the parade. But then, an announcement was made that the characters were taking a break. He finally did come to our table after the break, but it sure was one long wait.

We did Ohanas Character Breakfast, which was fabulous. I loved the characters and the breakfast (and the juice!). All of it was great!

And our favorite character breakfast of all was the 1900 Park Fare Character Breakfast. We had great character interaction with Pooh Bear, Tigger, Alice in Wonderland, and especially the Mad Hatter, who was a hoot! But it was the breakfast that blew us away! It was so good.

The variety and selection amazed me. The hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold--just like it's supposed to be. Fresh food kept being brought out and many items were made-to-order. Wow! It was a perfect breakfast.

the food is great at 'ohana. The mickey waffles are very good there. The characters are good

my other favorite is Norway. The princesses are numerous, there were 6 at out last trip. The food is good. And you get a whole bunch of free pictures with Belle when you walk in

We're doing 1900 PF and Ohana in May, so I can't speak for those yet, but of the one's I've done which are Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, Donald's BF Safari and Play 'N Dine, my favorite was Crystal Palace hands down.

Okay, I just read this for the first time. Now, I am going to have to try Crystal Palace again. There were no chefs making pancakes or anything else when I was there. There was some picked over fruit and danishes and cold cereal and bagels at a messy bar, and that was about it. Maybe it because we were at one of the later breakfast seatings. Next time, I am going to try an early morning ADR.

We really like Ohana's as well but our by far favorite is Chef Mickey's. The atmosphere is really a lot of fun. Depends on your preference of buffet or service.

My two favorites by far are Ohana and 1900 Park. We are two adults and while we do go for the characters, I think the food at both of these places was outstanding!! I love the juice at Ohana and the way breakfast is served, and I love the Mad Hatter and the Strawberry Soup at 1900 Park. No matter which way you go I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We love the breakfast at Crystal Palace. It is a must do on every trip. I just love the puffed french toast !!!!!:banana::banana:

Favorite by far is Chef Mickeys. It's a must on the first morning of our trips. We also love the Donald Safari Breakfast at Tusker House. The food was wonderful and character interaction fun. The only downside was that the tables in the section we were in seemed a little close together. We've also done Mickeys Backyard BBQ, Garden Grill and O'Hanas breakfast. Enjoyed them all and will probably do CM, TH and the BBQ on our next trip. We NEVER do princess meals as I have DS10 and DS6 !

Wow that is a tough one...I guess I will have to go with Crystal Palace but Chef Mickey and Cape May are very close behind it....they are all very good but CP has puffed french toast and mini glazed donut holes and I can get in the park an hour before they open
