Favorite Beatle

Just wanted to see after all this time who is everyone's fave Beatle.

Ooh, that's a toughie!! I really appreciate each of them for what they brought to the band and to the phenomenon that was Beatlemania. I'd say the only clear cut Beatle that is definitely NOT in the running for favorite is Ringo. Just never seemed to be nearly as talented as the other 3.

From my childhool (I was 9 when the Beatles came to America) I always liked Ringo, since he seemed the most down-to-earth.

Years ago I read an interview of him. The reporter was surprised when Ringo said that he rarely went out to eat, but preferred getting fish n' chips and taking them home. The reported said "Why, with your weath you could go out to the best restaurants! Why don't you do that?"

Replied Ringo: "Well, I like fish and chips".

Paul for me, but then again, John Lennon died when I was in the 6th grade, so I didn't really get into the Beatles during their heyday. I've enjoyed Paul thru the years though, thus, I couldn't vote for any of the others.

Paul is my fav., esp since I listend to Paul McCartney and Wings before I ever got into the Beatles music.

I went to one of Paul's concerts way back when, probably 15ish yrs ago. It was the "New World Tour". I just looked it up. And I was right it was 15yrs ago in 1993.

This really is a tough one. Growing up as an 80's child, it seemed to me that Paul and Ringo were the most popular; with Paul being my favorite of the 2. But now that I'm definitley a much bigger fan of the Beatles, I'd say John might actually be my fave. With Paul being a VERY close 2nd.

I vote for Paul because I think he is the cutest. My son who is 8 is an enormous Beatles fan and he likes Ringo the best. He is always Ringo on the drums when he plays Beatles Rock Band.

Old fogey alert!! I've had a crush on Paul since he came to NY in 63. I made my Dad drive us down to the hotel they were staying in and we just touched the bricks on the walls and SCREAMED like we were touching THEM!!

I've always been in love with Paul but love to hear John sing. There is something about his voice that I love, though I've always thought Ringo had the best singing voice. Love George, too!!

Just love the Beatles, PERIOD!
