Who are your favorite Bartenders?

I went on Wish in April on Back-2-Back and my favorites were Sam, Miguel,



Jevon, Kelvin, Colin, Jesus, Andy(assistant beverage manager), Nyoman(Beverage Manager)

Not on Wish, but on Other ships Mario(Assistant Beverage Manager), Jayson, Roland, Cynthia(Palo sommiler

If you are referring to Andy who used to be in Cadillac Lounge on the Wonder, we love him. Was Kelvin in Hyperspace Lounge? We had a good experience there last fall, and I think he was our bartender.

We had a great time with Carisa on the Wonder on our Mexico cruise a few weeks ago. She did our Cognac tasting and we went to the bar to get drinks from her at Signals a couple times after that. She was awesome!

Yup talking about that Andy. Kelvin was in hyperspace he got my best video clip.

We met Jevon and Arthur on the Wish in February. Nice guys and great bartenders! Our all time favorite, Benita was also on the Wish then but unfortunately, at the Cove Cafe, not a place we visit often. We did make a point to visit a few times to catch up though.

We also liked Andy on the Wish. Met Don from India on the Wonder 20 years ago!! Seen him on all the ships since then! Also Pietro from Italy beverage manager now, Mario from Montenegro, now a beverage manager, Nur from the Phillipines on the Dream-all wonderful people. Where are they now? So knowlegeable & helpful!

Here’s the Mario I know an Assistant Beverage Manager on Dream as of now. Just talked to him recently

Our all time favorite was Sean. We saw him multiple times on the Wonder. The last time we saw him (2019) he was reluctantly preparing to transfer to the Dream in preparation for ultimately transferring to the Wish. Anyone seen him since the restart after Covid? We also adore Francisco and Latroy, both of whom were on the Wish in the concierge lounge last year.

I agree! I love hearing about their homes and their families. When I get the question what is my favorite ship my mind goes to...well, it depends what bartenders are on board. Sadly some of our favorites did not come back after Covid.

Yep... He is fantastic. He was in Nightingale's for the Feb cruise. He came from the Wonder(Cadillac Lounge) which is where he was for numerous years. He did tastings on the EBPC, Oct of 21 and added his usual flair.

Sean was our favorite too! We had him years ago on his first contract with DCL on the dream and have spotted him on the wonder too.

Love this thread! We love the bartenders onboard, and getting to know them is a big reason why my fiancé (not a huge Disney guy) loves Disney cruising. On our last Fantasy sailing, we really enjoyed Big Mama, Christopher, and Ralston!

Same here at this point I do book cruises because of who might be on at times. Who were some you enjoyed that left? I know a few that left, one actually is coming back

Damien didn't come back after Covid and I think someone said Conrad is gone too. He was a long timer. Who did you hear is coming back?

That's great! Do you know what ship?

I have a funny story about him. We met him at Meridian on the first Dream cruise back after Covid. DH and I were the only ones there and the 3 bartenders so we got chatting as they were closing up. Someone how the subject of Red Party alerts came up and we were talking about one we had in the middle of the night once. Luis was telling us about one that he put out and how they called him in with some officers and managers, etc... They questioned why he did what he did and he thought he was getting in trouble. It turned out they were there to commend him for what he did, he got some high praise for this. Then I brought up another Red Party we were on board for, and I noted it was at Pinocchio's on the Wonder. He jumped in, "Thats the one I put out!". After comparing dates and something else that happened that crazy day(we found Cubans in the ocean and had to sit with them til the coast guard came) we knew it was definitely the same fire. So then we joked Luis saved our lives!
