Favorite American like Table Service

I keep reading that the food is horrible at DLP. We like typical American food. I keep seeing PYM mentioned but it has been hard finding a menu that lists examples of what is there. I feel like we should try some of the table service restaurants but maybe we are better off with Rain Forest - LOL. We don't care about characters but don't mind character dining either.

What is everyone's favorite? Thanks!

• There are a good few Tex Mex options.
• PYM Kitchen is an All-you-can-eat buffet, so your best option is to look for YouTube videos which show the food.
• Captain Jack's - Restaurant des Pirates is a Table service with Caribbean food

I'd go with Walt's. Good food in a very Disney-esque atmosphere.

The Royal Pub in Disney Village would be my vote as it has familiar foods (burgers, fish and chips, macaroni and cheese) and is not too expensive (relative to the other restaurants in and around the parks).

Vapiano, also in Disney Village, has pizzas and pastas.

My family really enjoyed Captain Jack's and Walt's, but those do have more unusual menus.

I know. Having eaten at Hunters Grill, I wouldn't describe the food available as American, its European.

I went to DLP in 2019 and I thought the food was great! I was expecting to have a hard time finding something to eat as I am very picky but I did really well. Loved Walt's, Remi's restaurant and Annette's. You will do fine.
