Favorite all time food item at DLR

It's so popular it has it's own t shirt but I can't link to it since I don't have enough posts lol. It's available at the Disney store.

It was my husbands 'must try' when we went and he happily ate his as we walked around DCA.

Im just going to have to try it this next time LOL!!! I did not know about the shirt though that is 2 funny

Fritters and mint juleps!!

And we always bring a turkey leg home for my Dad.

From Blue Bayou? Doesn't Cafe Orleans have a monte cristo as well?

Which Monte Cristo is everyone referring to on this thread. Must know! DH loves Monte Cristos.

We had Monte Cristos at Cafe Orleans in October. (Blue Bayou was closed at the time.) Loved them! Be warned though, they are HUGE!!!!!!!! My DH and I should really should have split one.

I am pretty sure I am the only person to like this place but haus village has my favorite cheeseburger and fries in the park! I like how the burger is char broiled!

My #1 is absolutely the Gumbo from Cafe Orleans. It's heavenly!!
But my runner ups are:
Pommes Frites
Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Caramel Apple (any)
Tuscan Salad at Wine Country
Pesto-Marinara Pasta at Boardwalk

Gotta go with the corn dogs as my #1 and the churros coming in at a close second

While there is way too much amazing food at Disneyland to count, my top three are, in order:

1. Loaded Baked Potato Soup from the Carnation Cafe
2. Pumpkin fudge
3. Three Cheese Monte Cristo from Cafe Orleans

The fruit skewer from Pooh's Corner is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Pineapple spear dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate. That, with a dole whip, would be a dream!

1. Corn Dog from the cart next to the Plaza Inn.
2. Monte Cristo (loved the ones at the BB years ago, Cafe Orleans does in a pinch).
3. I do like the bacon wrapped asparagus at Bengal Barbecue. But when I worked at the Main Entrance in the 80's I loved the cheesecake at the Plaza Inn...

Hand-dipped corn dog from the red cart off of Main Street. DH was *so* sad when we went to WDW for the first time and he realized that he couldn't get the same thing there. This is the food he has requested for his birthday dinner when we are there in October, lol!
