I think I want us to make an appearance there one night (on the DDP) for one of our TS? whattya think!!?!?:confused3

Any recs?

or should we skip it and go to Epcot or a hotel instead?
-We have an almost 3 yr old and almost 2 yr old? We are going in October

I already plan on goin:
-Chef Mickey-breakfast
-Akershus-Breakfast

-Ohana - Dinner
-Crystal Palace - Dinner
-Hoop De Doo Review - Dinner

Have 5 nights of TS that need planning.....need 2 more TS...so many choices to narrow down! I figured 1 at DTD and 1 at Epcot...just for a variety of scenes...but up for better more "wiser" suggestions!

Thanks in advance for your advice!:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Well, you already have a lot of buffets, so you probably want some where you will be served. Raglan Road is nice, but to be honest, Wolfgang Puck Express has excellent food and it is a counter service (best value on the counter service plan). So I'd go to Wolfgang-you order and they bring the food to your table--and save the TS for Epcot or one of the resorts. Le Cellier is great if you can get in and Teppan Edo is delish a lot of fun. Both are great values on the TS credit. Other good values are Tutto and Chefs, but I personally do not like these as well.

I just noticed the ages of your kids and the time you are going. If you are there during food and wine, maybe you will be snacking around Epcot. I think Teppan Edo would be fun for your kids, though. WHat resort are you staying at? The kids might enjoy the Whispering Canyon Cafe--they have activities for kids and it is roudy.

I have to Agree Pucks Express is great. What hotel are you staying at? Maybe choose something more for you, in Epcot we love chef de France & so do are kids or Coral Reef.

That is funny you suggested that bec I "ran out" of TS and was thinking I was going to have to pay OOP for one meal...and thought a CS wouldnt be enough esp since our big eating 2 and 1 yr old will be sharing with us..I hear Wolfgang Puck express is a great CS....was thinking that...but still wondering if it would be enough in our situation! ya know?!?!

and I was also thinking about the food and wine as our oop night since is is not a TS anyway...

maybe Ill just skip DTD all together - Food and Wine sounds more fun! HAHA!!?!?!

Thanks!
ANY other recs for the other TS!?!

Wolfgang will be plenty-the portions are huge. We had 4 remaining CS on our last day for the 5 of us, including 3 teens. We went for breakfast and had way too much food. For example, they have a breakfast pizza which is great and has 6 slices. You could easily have 2 share that or 2 adults and 1 child. At lunch or dinner, the salads are enormous and the chicken and fries was enough for 2 of my kids to share. One of my sons always gets a pasta dish and it is very large. You also get a small salad with the pasta dishes, so it is a lot of food plus you get a drink and dessert. Can you tell I like Wolfgangs?

Since our kids are older, we don't seek out some of the little kid places, but in any restaurant you will find little ones. We love Sci Fi for atmosphere (food is so so), Beaches and Cream for ice cream--we pay out of pocket, Tony's in MK, Kona at the Poly and many of the signatures. Honestly, we are always happy in WDW and really can only complain about a few of our dining experiences. Have fun choosing!

Since you mentioned TS, I do love Wolfgang Puck Cafe. A variety to choose from and portions are awesome. I haven't eaten at the CS yet...but I imagine that, too, is delicious.
