Another vote for the roast beef sandwich..SUPER good! I am not much of a dessert fan so I always sub out my dessert for the french onion soup instead (great on the DDP).

It's not amazing food!!! Fun place to visit. Food is not good in my opinion and we have been there 4 times trying to find something we liked. None of us has tried the pork so if we go again can try it but so far the food has been yucky as far as we are concerned. Blah at best!

I've only been once and I got the carved turkey sandwich. I thought it was really good. The rest of the family thought the food was ho-hum--except for the cupcakes. Everyone liked the cupcakes.
We will go again. I'll probably order that carved turkey sandwich again, and I'll split that with my toddler and order the onion soup. And cupcakes. We'll get cupcakes.

We always carry around a ziplock container or two for leftovers.

I ordered the Roast Beef sandwich with green beans while my husband ordered the sandwich with the ham and cheese on it (I forgot what it was called) and my 2 girls are splitting the grilled cheese, turkey noodle soup and fries. We got the strawberry cupcake, grey stuff, and orange eclair to share and try! Can't wait!!!

I think you all will be happy. The Croque Monsieur was the favorite among our kids (your DH's sandwich) along with the braised pork. DH and I both liked the roast beef sandwich but would not enjoy it without the horseradish sour cream, it would be dry. The turkey sandwich was fine, but came in last of our selections. The strawberry cupcake won the taste test between the two.

If you're referring to the kids meal, it wasn't an option. You could pick whatever side you wanted but the soup was a set thing when we did the pre order. It said if you're on the DDP you needed to add 1. Entree 2. Dessert and 3. Non Alcoholic Beverage to your order.

Yes, they have cardboard boxes for leftovers, in a storage area under the drink fountains for breakfast & lunch. We asked for one for our breakfast pastries, and took them with us to snack on later that morning!

The braised pork is absolutely delicious! It is by far the best "quick service" meal I have ever had.

My kids and I really like the Croque Monsieur sandwich, however I think I will be trying the braised pork on our trip in November. My DH really likes the Carved Turkey sandwich. As for the cupcakes I really like both the Strawberry Cream Cheese and the Lemon Meringue.

We've had a wide variety of the items on the lunch menu and enjoyed all of them. We mostly tend to get the Braised Pork, making it our big meal of the day and eat lighter at dinner.

I was leaning toward the braised pork at first but usually don't eat a huge meal in the middle of the day. That's our 1 ADR for the day so I might change my order and go your route LOL!
