Are FPs still limited to only 1 park a day or has that been fixed? If it hasnt, i dont want to waste money on a hopper.

You can still only pre-book your three FP+ at one park, however once you have used all three, you can then hop to another park and use the kiosks to book additional FP+ (one at a time).

Yes and no. After your 3 FP+ are used (once the window opens for the timeframe of your 3rd FP+) you can go to a park kiosk (ONLY, you can't book online or on your phone) and select an additional FP+ (and subsequent, as each window opens up). Those additional FP+ can be in other parks, while the first 3 have to be in the same. So once you use your 3 FP+'s you could hop to a different park, go to a kiosk and try and find availability for another FP+.

Your first 3 are in one park only.
After you use your first 3 you can get a 4th. After you use it you can get another, etc. You can do it in the same park or hop to another park to use the 4th. But you need to be in the park you want to use it in to create it.
