Fastpasses and tickets not purchased directly from Disney?

I can buy, at a good discount, park hopper tickets from third parties. They offer both physical tickets and e-tickets. I understand that I can enter the ticket number off the back of the physical ticket into MDE, and I can then make fastpass reservations. Can the same be done with e-tickets?

I'm at exactly 60 days from arrival, and would like to avoid the wait for physical tickets to be mailed, if possible.

Yes.
(And, this is the principle reason the authorized ticket resellers have added the e-ticket option.)
