Our trip to WDW starts next Wednesday.

There are three of us, DH, DD13 and me.

DD has done a lot of the planning and picked most of the fp's - I'm totally fine with that, she's a good planner!

However, some of the rides she has booked me a fp for I know I'll chicken out and not go on.
I really am not a ride person - anything scarier than Peter Pan and I can't handle it (slight exaggeration but you get the idea!)

Can DD use my Fastpasss after she's used her own - I don't want to break any rules!
She might not want to as it will mean going on her own but just wondered if it was allowed

She would have to use my magic band so my name would pop up instead of hers - we aren't celebrating anything this time so at least 'happy anniversary' won't keep popping up like it did last trip!!

Thanks in advance - once again not trying to break the rules, hence the question.

1. Yes.
2. Yup. No problem.

Disney doesn't care who actually uses a legitimate FP.

Look at it this way. Your family is entitled to pre-book 9 FPs for the attractions of your choosing. If you use those 9, and no more than those 9 (as pre-booked FPs), no one has any basis to complain. Who uses them, where they use them, and in what order simply does not matter. The system has been developed so that all guests get a certain number of FPs such that the guests have fun and the system is not overburdened. As long as you are staying within that construct, you are not breaking any rules. Have fun! Love the fact that you let your DD13 plan so actively. We have a "Disney expert" daughter and I wouldn't dream of going there without her input.

This is from mesaboy2's FP FAQ which is written in accordance with Disney's TOS:

MagicBands (or tickets) can be swapped with others in your party to use their FPs (assuming everyone is together inside the park). Castmembers (CMs) do not care if 47yo Mike enters a FP queue with 15yo Sue's MagicBand. If uncomfortable with swapping bands, the Change Party function in MDX can legitimately be used to move FPs between members of the same party who have all entered the park.

Closing because the question has been answered.
