Fastpass - Where did I go wrong?

Background info: Ressie for me at POP under my account. Ressie for Brother, SIL, Niece & Nephew at AOA under SIL's account. 2 accounts linked under Friends & Family, SIL made ADR's 2 months ago and I can see those fine. Today is our 60 day mark. On the computer at midnight to book Fastpass, it looked like I was booking Fastpass for just SIL and I, fast forward to this morning and it actually booked for me, brother, SIL and Niece. Nephew has disappeared from their reservation and was replaced by me. So the system showed me on 2 reservations with 2 sets of tickets, nephew was nowhere to be found and unable to book fastpass for him. After a long call with Disney, got it fixed. Any idea of where I went wrong?

I don't think you did anything wrong, necessarily, but the glitch factor in MDE seems to increase substantially when you use the Friends & Family list. I'd probably skip using that function and just coordinate your FP+ times outside of MDE. If one person is making ADRs for the whole group, instead of actually linking them to another group, I'd just have them make an ADR for the correct number of people and fill in generic guest information for all the people who aren't in the main MDE account (Does that make sense? So if your SIL made ADRs for all 5 of you, she'd have her 4 family members on the ADR, plus a generic "guest", not linked to your MDE account). All the ADRs need is the appropriate number of people...who is actually dining is fairly irrelevant. DDP credits and other methods of payment are worked out by the restaurant anyway.

Sounds like a computer glitch! I wouldn't worry if they fixed it for you, and it sounds like they did
