Are FastPass+ rides still tiered in EPCOT and Hollywood Studios?

I thought I remembered reading that they discontinued the tiers at one of the parks, but I can't remember if that is correct or which park may have discontinued them.

I am trying to plan for our April trip and just curious as to what to expect. Thanks for any help!

Yes. There was a one-day lifting of that restriction last week--likely a glitch--but it didn't last.
