Fastpass reservations disappeared for part of our party!!

We are going to DW at the beginning of January. I made FP+ reservations for our party of 7 at midnight on the day our window opened and got everything I wanted. Since our trip is soon, I logged in to make sure everything still looked right. Half of one of my son's FP+ and ALL of my husband's and adult daughter's are missing but they still show up in our dining reservation party. Is this a hiccup or are they gone for good?! :scared1:
 
I am very tech challenged, but from what I've read on Dis you need to call tech - the disappearing FP+ issue is an oft reported glitch and they are probably gone but tech will need to sort it out. Please post your results to share w/ those of us wondering about these 'issues.'

I logged in today and everything is gone from my account including fastpass, reservations and dining. Is there a particular number for MDE issues?

The Tech Support number is 407-939-7765. The main menu is a little different. Press 1 for English, then 3 for tech support.

This happened to us MID TRIP in May, and kept happening over and over again. Spent far too long standing with a CM and then a Guest relations (FP+ Team) CM trying to sort it out ... couldn't really get it done. We lost a bunch of FPs... kinda ruined our afternoon at HS.

But, someone from the FP team did call me later that day and asked some questions, had sorted it out, and gave us 3 any time any attraction FPs for the next day.

Give them a call, they will try to sort it out, but be warned, they might not be able to restore your FPs, if they can't/ don't make it known that is unacceptable, and they should and will compensate you.
 
I had this happen to us last week as well. Called IT to get it resolved. Long story short. Somehow I had a second MDE account, had to do with the fact that I had in the past several different longin names with Disney and their affilieates. And when I went to reset my password on one, it created a second MDE account. IT was able to fix this and all my original Fastpass+ reservations and everything were still there. Here's hoping they will be able to make their magic work for you as well.
 
I spent quite a while on the phone with the tech guy today and he manually added back the 3 people whose FP went missing, except for the 2 that were gone for that day. When I log in tonight, they are still gone. Contemporary Concierge said that they will work on it. I did tell them that paying for front-of-the-line at Universal is far less stressful than dealing with this--you think you have it all arranged and (POOF) it's eaten by cyberspace. Still hoping they work it out for us.:confused:

Yours is but one of the many tales of FP+ woe attributed to WDW's reservation systems... it's a good thing it's free, or you might actually get upset about it.

Here's hoping they're able to fix your issue before you're due to leave.
