If you have reservations that begin that day at a WDW Resort: 12 Midnight, Eastern Time, March 7, 2016.
(Which is to say, one minute after 11:59PM, Eastern Time, March 6, 2016.)

If you DON'T have reservations that begin that day at a WDW Resort: 12 Midnight, Eastern Time, April 6, 2016.
(Which is to say, one minute after 11:59PM, Eastern Time, April 5, 2016.)
