Fastpass+ Question with Old tickets

I only go to Disney every few years and I love planning everything ahead of time. I have been reading up on the new fastpass+ to plan my trip. But I have a problem with my old tickets. I have reservations for the first week of July and I am using old tickets(2006) that I can not link online. So, I have to wait until I get to Disney to link my old tickets. I have sent a picture of the tickets to the email address at Disney, so I know I have three days left. But I will not be able to get a fastpass+ until I get there. It is killing me that I can not make any fastpass+ reservations. So how limited will the fastpass+'s be if I can only get them a day or two before I go the the park? Is it possible that some rides will be closed out?

Also, if we have resort reservations but no tickets will they send us magic bands or will we have to get them when we arrive?

As long as you have a Disney Resort Reservation and it's linked to MDE, you will receive MagicBands. They will be shipped to you if you have a US mailing address, otherwise they are sent to the resort.

I suggest calling and asking to speak with someone in IT. I have seen the direct # on this board, but no clue what it is.

In December we had tickets (vouchers really) purchased in a Disney store that were unlinkable online...until I called and asked. It took some time, but they were able to link my vouchers, so I could then make my FP+ selections. Guessing they could do the same for you...you may need to try more than once as it might be finding the one IT CM who can do it...one of those questions you ask more than once and get a different answer, KWIM?

Let us know if they get it linked. I have old tickets as well. Mine is an old kttw card that has days still on it.

Same here. Let me know. I am sitting here with a pilke of old KTTW cards with days on them and want to see what I have available, but cannot link them

What year are yours from? I was able to put mine in from 2009. If you look under the picture of the possible tickets there is a link to another page for older tickets/kttw cards.

The only problem I have now is that my plus options aren't showing up at all. Not sure if that is normal or if they should be showing up.
